Come down for a Tasting Tuesday flight, featuring the wonderful Silver City Brewing!
"For most in the Puget Sound, when you look west at the Olympic Mountains you're looking right at the "Silver City". The convergence point right before you jump off into the wilderness of the Olympic National Forest on your way to the Pacific Ocean, resting between the edge of the Puget Sound and the base of the Olympic Mountains, rests Silver City. This Urban-Suburban experience is a sweet brewer's mash of Seattle city life and breathtaking outdoor adventure, all within ones reach. Beer, well made, brings the people of the "Silver City" together in celebration of having it all."
Featuring beers are:
Siver City Bavarian-style Hefeweizen -
True, traditional Hefeweizen.
This unfiltered wheat ale presents pleasing clove, vanilla,
and banana notes from traditional Bavarian yeast strain.
Silver City Ziggy Zoggy Summer Lager:
Bright and vibrant beer for summertime celebrations! This Zwicklerbier,
an uncommon style, is an unfiltered lager that balances crisp and elegant
honey-like malt flavor with assertive, classic German hop character.
Silver City Imperial Stout:
Ideally brewers interpret history and through science they
create art. An extremely black beer with massive roasted
malt character balanced with assertive hopping from
Northwest Chinook hops.
Silver City Copper Mountain Bock:
Silver City Brewing's seasonal Spring brew. The origin of bock beer dates back to 13th century Bavaria. The term "Bock" comes from either the German town of Einbeck where each citizen was license to brew this pale lager or from the German word for goat (and the head-butting effects of such a deceptively potent drink, no doubt.)
Tasting Tuesday flights feature 4 four-ounce pours at $6 a flight. Meet great people and drink great beer. Pours start at 6!
